our company
Saving Lives and Building (SLAB) is a nonprofit organization founded by Suitland High School graduate Bryan Rhoades with a mission to inspire, empower, and transform the lives of young people and underserved communities. Born from the belief that every individual deserves an opportunity to succeed, SLAB provides mentorship, leadership development, financial literacy, life skills training, creative arts, and community-based programs that equip people to overcome adversity and reach their full potential.
At the heart of our work is the Million-Dollar Man Program, a transformative initiative designed to help young men develop the mindset, discipline, confidence, and practical skills needed to become leaders in their homes, schools, careers, and communities. Through powerful mentorship, hands-on experiences, and meaningful partnerships, we are creating pathways to success and breaking cycles that have impacted generations.
