Saving Lives and Building (SLAB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and transforming communities. We believe that every individual has value, every dream deserves a chance, and every challenge can become an opportunity for growth. Through mentorship, education, financial literacy, leadership development, creative arts, and community engagement, we equip young people with the tools, confidence, and support they need to build successful futures.

 Founded by Bryan Rhoades, a proud graduate of Suitland High School, SLAB was created from a passion for giving back to the very communities that helped shape his journey. Today, our mission continues to inspire the next generation to overcome obstacles, discover their purpose, and become leaders who create lasting change.
